    Introduction: 教育目標及教學特色因應國家經濟發展,培育優秀餐旅管理人才,本系整合餐飲管理、旅館管理、餐旅行銷、餐旅採購與餐旅資訊管理等專業課程,配合中西餐、烘焙、調酒實習教室、學生實習旅館等硬體設施,助於學生對餐旅管理專業技能之全盤瞭解。教學重點以管理實務為主,理論為輔,除聘請餐旅管理專業學者擔任專任教師外,並與產業界交流,遴聘具有實務經驗之業界領導人才來校兼課,強化學生之專才與管理實務。
