簡介：成立背景
有鑑於資訊科技時代的來臨，以及在國家經濟發展上、對於資訊管理人才的龐大需求。本系當前的目的在於配合國家的經濟發展、培育現代資訊管理技術人才，創新資訊科技在醫藥衛生相關領域的應用，以提升我國在健康資訊科技之水準。
教育目標
本系之教育宗旨，在於培育理論與實務並重的資管技術人才和資管經理人才，以促進資訊科技在企業上的應用與創新，訓練上著重資訊與管理的各項理論、技術與實務等能力，以加強發掘問題、分析問題與解決問題的能力。
