    Title: 餵食青蔥對大鼠血中前列凝素及前列環素之影響

    Abstract: 青蔥(Allium fistulosum L.,Alliaceae)為本省重要香辛料蔬菜,也是中國蔡中最經常使用之香辛料之一。許多研究指出蔥屬植物,例如:大蒜、洋蔥有抑制環氧合酶(Cyclooxygenase)作用,使血小板中由花生四烯酸(Arachidonic acid)合成前列凝素(Thromboxane)之代謝路徑受阻而抑制血小板凝集作用。
    本研究擬以青蔥水抽出物,餵食8週成年大鼠,經過四週及八週餵食後,抽取血
    液製備富含血小板血漿(PRP)測定前列凝素含量,製備不含血小板血漿(PPP)以測定前列環素(Prostacyclin)含量。期能明瞭餵食青蔥對大鼠血小板凝集抑制作用之可能作用路徑。
