    摘要: With the advent of the Internet age makes people's lives change and learning style. Since the advantage of time and space unstrained that promote the trend of electronic learning (e-learning) or web learning was in vogue. This trend also will spread to the medical and health industry, the educational model of e-learning was applied in the continuum medical educational (CME) recently. Nevertheless, the acceptance of CME with e-learning for medical personnel is obscure in Taiwan. The key factors to affect the intend for use e-learning of medical personnel were multi-dimensional and diversify, especially the effects of individual and environment factor should be take into account. The purpose of this study was to know the use intention of e-leaning for CME in medical personnel and exploring the related factor to affect the use intention of e-leaning for CME. Finally we want to test the applicable of technology successful use model (TSUM) in e-learning use intention.
