    摘要: 本研究利用聚電解質複合反應(polyelectrolyte complexation)將含精油的海藻酸鈉(Sodium Alginate)高分子膠體溶液滴入二氯化鈣溶液中,進行聚電解質複合反應,形成三度空間網狀(3-dimension network)結構,生成含精油之膠體顆粒(gel beads)。改變Tween85 和二氯化鈣之添加量,得到不同比例Tween85/精油/SA/Ca2+之含精油(Essential oils)膠體顆粒,探討不同製備條件對顆粒重量平均粒徑、精油包埋率、精油釋放模式之影響。結果發現顆粒重量平均粒徑Tween85:2.0%>1.5%>1.0%>0.5%,二氯化鈣:0.5%>5.0%>2.0%>1.0%;包埋率Tween85:2.0%>1.5%>1.0%>0.5%,二氯化鈣: 5.0%>2.0%>1.0%>0.5%;而精油顆粒之釋放模式為T. Higuchi 動力模式,且具有控制釋放(controlled release)之效能。
