    Abstract: 本實驗進行民間自製之有機生機飲食回春水、黃豆芽漿優格及有機醋之病原菌分析,分析項目包括:沙門氏菌、大腸桿菌、大腸桿菌群、腸內菌、金黃色葡萄球菌及總生菌數等,在十二個有機醋樣品中,僅二個樣品之原液、三種培養基各檢測出一個菌落(含Coliform及Enterococcus);在回春水及黃豆芽漿優格樣品,市售回春水及黃豆優格之病原微生物檢測情形為所有檢體總菌數皆高於107,,乳酸菌高於105,七個樣品檢測出Coliform。
