    Abstract: 本研究探討glutathione（GSH）、cysteine（CYS）、homocysteine（HCYS）、r-glutamyl cysteine（GGC）、N-acetylcysteine（NAC）與captopril（CAP）等六種硫氫化合物，對BNL細胞氧化傷害及其在細胞內源性抗氧化酵素系統之影響。結果顯示，此六種硫氫化合物對BNL細胞不具細胞毒性，且對過氧化氫所引起之氧化傷害具有保護作用。再者彼等對於BNL細胞之內源性抗氧化酵素glutathione peroxidase (GPx)、glutathione S-transferase (GST)、glutathione reductase (GSR)等，具有正面調控性。
