    Abstract: 本研究探討glutathione(GSH)、cysteine(CYS)、homocysteine(HCYS)、r-glutamyl cysteine(GGC)、N-acetylcysteine(NAC)與captopril(CAP)等六種硫氫化合物,對BNL細胞氧化傷害及其在細胞內源性抗氧化酵素系統之影響。結果顯示,此六種硫氫化合物對BNL細胞不具細胞毒性,且對過氧化氫所引起之氧化傷害具有保護作用。再者彼等對於BNL細胞之內源性抗氧化酵素glutathione peroxidase (GPx)、glutathione S-transferase (GST)、glutathione reductase (GSR)等,具有正面調控性。
