    Title: 桑枝成分之HPLC分析及抗氧化研究

    Abstract: 桑枝是桑科植物(Morus alba L.)之乾燥嫩枝。桑枝成分有maclurin、rutin、isoquercitrin、scopoletin、umbelliferone、resveratrol、morin與quercetin。本研究以這八種為指標成分,進行市售品的定量與抗氧化研究,並比較其區段沖堤物的體外抗氧化活性。結果顯示:maclurin、rutin、morin、isoquercitrin、scopoletin、umbelliferone、resveratrol,含量約65.6~326.5mg/g。濃度為1.5 ppm時maclurin、isoquercitrin均達DPPH自由基清除效應50%。在樣品濃度為50 ppm時,自由基清除效應試驗中,區段J、K、L之清除率皆大於90%;在Trolox當量抗氧化能力(TEAC)方面樣品濃度為7.5 ppm時,區段I、J、K、L高達90%;在赤血鹽 (potassium ferricyanide) 的還原力測定樣品濃度為100 ppm,區段J、K、L 相當於維他命C 20 ppm之效用。在體外抗氧化活性測定中,桑枝區段J、K、L之抗氧化能力效果佳。
