    Abstract: 本發明係關於一種豆粕醱酵物及其製備方法,製備方法包含:將一乾燥豆粕材料進行一物理處理步驟,以獲得第一材料;將納豆桿菌(Bacillus subtilis natto)加入第一材料,於第一作用溫度作用第一作用時間,獲得第一產物;將一米麴菌(Aspergillus oryzae)加入第一產物,於第二作用溫度作用第二作用時間以獲得第二產物;以及將嗜酸乳桿菌(Lactobacillus acidophilus)加入第二產物,於第三作用溫度作用第三作用時間以獲得本案之豆粕醱酵物;本案之豆粕醱酵物含有納豆桿菌、米麴菌與嗜酸乳桿菌,具有益生菌的功效且適口性佳。
