    Abstract: 在社會與經濟發展方面,本研究依據國家5+2產業創新計畫中「循環經濟」之發展策略,回收淨水廠之含鐵汙泥製備六價鐵氧化劑和鐵錳磁性顆粒吸附劑,將其結合快速攪拌輔助氧化脫硫系統應用於再生油品之高質化,建置經濟且安全之油品脫硫技術,將可改善回收業者建廠成本過高的問題並提升再生油品之品質,期能落實回收廢棄油品之再利用管道及符合廢棄物管理欲建立「資源循環型社會」之目的。 在學術發展方面,本研究依據前期研究成果提出可行之解決方案,並針對每一反應模式建立其最佳化之操作條件及主要反應機制;並將此實驗結果應用於再生油品,建立實驗室模場試驗模組,提供更多最佳化之操作數據,以利日後實場建置之設計與操作控制。
