本本計畫主要是合成出具有溫度感應性和具酸鹼感應性的poly(methacrylic acid-N-isopropylacrylamide))(poly(MAA-NIPAAm))空心乳膠顆粒(hollow latex particle)、poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA)實心乳膠顆粒,以及合成具溫度感應性的Poly(N-isopropylacrylamide-co-N-methylol acrylamide)(poly(NIPAAm-co-NMA)) copolymer,然後再以poly(NIPAAm-co-NMA)及chitosan作為基材,以單軸靜電紡絲法製備出內部包覆poly(MAA-NIPAAm) hollow latex particle及PMMA實心乳膠顆粒(PMMA latex)的「poly(NIPAAm-co-NMA)/poly(MAA-NIPAAm) hollow latex particle / 實心PMMA latex/chitosan」電紡纖維,並將模擬藥物(咖啡因)載入纖維中或poly(MAA-NIPAAm) hollow latex particle中,並探討各種實驗變因對於「poly(NIPAAm-co-NMA)/poly(MAA-NIPAAm) hollow latex particle /實心PMMA latex/chitosan」電紡纖維之型態結構、藥物釋放狀態以及各種性質的影響。 The project mainly synthesizes temperature-sensitive and acid-base sensitive poly(methacrylic acid-N-isopropylacrylamide) hollow latex particles, poly(methyl methacrylate) solid latex particles, and synthetic temperature-sensitive Poly(N-isopropylacrylamide-co-N-methylol acrylamide) copolymer. Then, poly(NIPAAm-co-NMA) and chitosan were used as electrospinning substrates and used the method of uniaxial electrospinning to prepare “poly(NIPAAm- co-NMA)/poly(MAA-NIPAAm) hollow latex particle / solid PMMA latex/chitosan” electrospun fiber, which contained with poly(MAA-NIPAAm) hollow latex particle and PMMA solid latex particles. The model drug caffeine was loaded into the fiber or poly(MAA-NIPAAm) hollow latex particle, and investigted the effect of various experimental variables on the morphology and drug release status and various properties of "poly(NIPAAm-co-NMA)/poly(MAA-NIPAAm) hollow latex particle/ PMMA solid latex/chitosan" electrospun fiber.
