Nowadays the factory all over the world are face with the difficult to invent the new drug, except develop biopharmaceutical otherwise , make the old drug with new medicament to achieve the better curative. Human take medicine into body, after digestion the drug potency in blood have to maintain in effective concentration, if the drug concentration is too height, it will have secondary action. If the drug concentration is too low, it will do not have the drug effect. So that a good medicament have the advantage that release drug rate slowly and release drug with long time , use the minimum drug to achieve the best effect. This experiment is purpose to make medicament with carboxyl methyl cellulose and r-polymer glutamic acid.
