    Title: 微量乙醇對脂雙層與脂質單分子層物化性質影響之研究

    Abstract: 微脂粒是一種可包覆藥物的脂質微粒,其具有許多適合人體的理想特性,因此常被當作藥物遞送載體來使用。本專題嘗試添加微量酒精以低溫的方式製備微脂粒。在不同製備溫度下, 製備不同比例混合Egg yolk phosphosphatidylcholine(EPC) 與Cholesterol(CHOL) 的微脂粒,並觀察其粒徑大小分佈與界面電位等性質在室溫下隨時間的變化,以了解微量酒精及膽固醇的存在對EPC 微脂粒物理化學性質的影響。除此之外,為了解脂質層內分子間的作用力,本專題擬藉由Langmuir 單分子層的表面壓-分子佔據面積等溫線的量測的實驗,探討不同溫度下,不同比例混合EPC/CHOL 單分子層在空氣/水與在空氣/乙醇水溶液不同界面上之行為。
