    Abstract: 一種專用於米製備寡醣之系統，包含反應槽以及與反應槽連接之複數個進料槽、攪拌裝置、測重裝置、複數個偵測裝置、溫度控制裝置、固液分離裝置、控制裝置以及收集槽。上述進料槽分別容置米、水以及酵素溶液等原料。偵測裝置偵測反應槽內之溫度與酸鹼值。控制裝置控制原料由進料槽進入反應槽，並以調控反應槽之處理條件，以利用酵素溶液於反應槽內處理反應物以製備寡醣，進而簡化習知寡醣製程之繁瑣步驟。
