    摘要: 百合鱗片或幼莖接種於含有1ppm NAA和1ppm Kinetin之Murashige and Skoog(1962)培養基上,可誘致大量癒合組織,提高Auxin濃度,或以2,4-D取代NAA反而妨礙癒合組織之形成,癒合組織可繼代培養,而且生長迅速,部份能分化成根或芽體,經八個月之繼代培養乃未失去分化性。分化成根後,不能再分化芽體,但分化成芽體者可自基部生出根系,將分化之芽體移植於 Schenk and Hildebrandt(1972)培養基後,可迅速長成根系。癒合組織在12小時光週期下培養可生成大量葉綠素,有關植物荷爾蒙和光質對癒合組織生長影響,將尚待繼續研究。
