Abstract:	百合鱗片或幼莖接種於含有1ppm NAA和1ppm Kinetin之Murashige and Skoog(1962)培養基上，可誘致大量癒合組織，提高Auxin濃度，或以2，4-D取代NAA反而妨礙癒合組織之形成，癒合組織可繼代培養，而且生長迅速，部份能分化成根或芽體，經八個月之繼代培養乃未失去分化性。分化成根後，不能再分化芽體，但分化成芽體者可自基部生出根系，將分化之芽體移植於 Schenk and Hildebrandt(1972)培養基後，可迅速長成根系。癒合組織在12小時光週期下培養可生成大量葉綠素，有關植物荷爾蒙和光質對癒合組織生長影響，將尚待繼續研究。
