    Title: 米糠油發展試驗(二)—米糠油之精煉

    Abstract: 利用傳統鹼液中和法,單一溶媒(正己烷)回收體系鹼液中和法和物理精煉法,探討米糠油脫酸之效能和精製油的品質。脫酸油的回收率以物理精煉法最佳,約91%;溶媒精煉優於傳統精煉,尤以高酸油的精煉更為顯著,此二法用於低酸油精煉之回收率約為80% 75%,高酸油精煉之回收率約為65% 44%。鹼液中和之濃度以20 Be’和0.5%過剩量為宜。精製油品質呈無味,游離酸0.4~0.5%,顏色略淡於脫色油,碘價99~101。物理精煉之前處理,以有機酸脫膠,活性炭混合活性白土漂白為宜。
