    Abstract: 本研究探討狼尾草水萃取物(WEN)對人類肝癌細胞 HepG2細胞內自由基之影響。結果顯示，狼尾草水萃取物(WEN)對xanthine/ xanthine oxidase或Fe(Ⅱ)-H2O2- luminol 誘發superoxide 、hydroxyl radical 化學冷光激發強度具減緩之趨勢，顯示其對superoxide 、hydroxyl radical具有捕捉能力。再者狼尾草水萃取物(WEN) 對t-BHP誘發HepG2所產生之細胞壓力具有明顯之降低作用。
