    Title: An Efficient One-Pot Synthesis of p-Enamino Ketones from Endo Glucal via Hypervalent Iodine

    Abstract: β-Enamino ketones were successfully synthesized by reacting endo glucals with hypervalent iodine and primary or secondary amines in one-pot reaction. After oxidation and protonation on hypervalent iodine agent in acidic condition, endo glucals effectively were converted to uncyclic β-alkoxyvinyl ketones. Following the further substitution with primary or secondary amines, the corresponding β-enamino ketone derivatives were obtained in 57-67 % yields.
