本研究係以國立台灣體專八十學年度舉重專長男生21名為研究對象,實施舉重運動之抓舉及挺舉測驗,並施以10項體能測驗,包括:(1)12分鐘跑步,(2)100公尺跑步,(3)60公尺跑步,(4)俯臥舉體,(5)立體前彎,(6)仰臥起坐,(7)側併步跳,(8)垂直跳,(9)全身反應,(10)握力。所得結果探討下列諸問題:一、如何應用逐步回歸法編製舉重運動能力測驗代表性項目。二、如何應用選出的代表性項目,以設計舉重運動能力之多元回歸方程式,作為預測舉重運動能力及評價教學效果之依據。測驗所得資料,經整理分析後所得結果 This research of motor ability test of weight-lifters was based on 21 male weighters who were studying at taiwan physical. Education College in 1991. 10 Motor ability test events vvere held including 12-minute run, IOOM. run. 60M. run, back-hyper extention, standing and reach, sit-ups, side jump, vertical jump, reaction time tesL strength of grip. The results renect the following problems: I. How to apply the stepwise regression mode to desien weight-lifting motor ability test events. 2. How to use those chosen representative events to desien the multiole reeression eonntinn for weight-lifting trainiog program, in order to predict the motor ability of weight-lifters and to evulate Ote teaching eNects. After analyzing the data, we get the following results:1.There is a significant effection between vertical jump (the 8tb event), backphyper extention (the 4th event) and snatch lifting tesdng events. 2. There is a signihcant effection between IOOM. run (the 2nd event), side jump (the 7th event)vertical jump (the 8th event) and clean-jerk lifting test events. I. There is a significant effecUon between IOOM. run (the and event), side jump (the 7th event),and vertical jump (the 8th event) at the total results of snatch lifting and clean-jerk lifting.
