Abstract:	本篇據二周之世，樂官、樂人在國人學教習詩樂，即在朝廷上歌詩諷箴以諫爭之事實（經文所載），敘述《詩》六義中首曰風之本旨。諷誦，歌誦詩也。《禮記˙文王世子》云：「春誦夏弦，大師詔之瞽宗。」<內則>云：「十有三年，學樂誦詩。」《周禮˙大司樂》：「以樂語教國子：興道、諷誦、言語。」言國子有學習諷誦詩書之事。誦詩之用，將以「事君、事父」、「可以怨」（《論語˙陽貨》），言風諫也。《左傳˙襄十四年》：「瞽為詩，工誦箴諫。」《國語˙周語》上云：「瞽獻曲、師箴、瞍賦、朦誦。」言樂人有諷誦以諫之事。誦箴、誦訓、誦志等以諫，猶「誦諫之正直者;而誦詩以諫則「主文而譎諫」(《關睢序》)，「溫柔敦厚」(《禮記。經解》)，乃為(序)云「風動」之法，謂之風諫。
