摘要:	Tradidonally super disintegrant is used alone in a tablet to enhance the dissolution of active ingredient. In this study the effect of using mixture of super disintegrants was investigated. It was found that the mixture of Primojel and Kollidon CL shows a synergistic effect in terms of disso-lution-enhancing ehiciency. However, this effect is also dependent on dUueot and pH of the environment. 傳統上超級崩散劑都單獨使用來促進主成分之溶離速率。本研究探討混合使用時會使彼此效果增強，而優於單獨使用。但這種作用又受酸鹼度及賦形劑之影響。
