    Title: 公營與民營銀行從業人員工作績效之實證研究
    A Study of Job Performance of Staffs in Public and Private Banking Industry

    Abstract: 將適合的人放在適合的位置上,以期工作者更能發揮所長與潛能,一直是人力資源管埋研究之重要議題。從管理的角度來看,工作績效通常為管理優劣的首要指標,瞟,過去的研究不難發現上作績效某種程度受員工個人背景變項所影1影響。本研究嘗試依據相關學術文獻所提供的理論基礎,經SPSS統計套裝軟體分析探討不同人口統計變項(性別、實足年齡希、最高學歷、婚姻狀況、服務年資與職位)及不同機搆類別之銀行從業人員其對工作績效之影響,以供後續研究者進行相關研究。本研究係以台南地區1家公營銀行、1家公營改制民營銀行與1家新民營銀行從業人員為研究對象,每家銀行隨機各發出70份問卷,共發出210份問卷,利利用問卷調查收集資料。全部回收190份問卷並剔除不完整答卷後,有效回收問櫚卷合計計共159份,有效回收率75.7%.本研究係以SPSS15.0統計套裝軟體對15 9份有效問卷進行Basic Descriptive Statistic、T-test test、ANOVA 、 Scheffe事後多重比較法來探討變數之間的關係,並根據研究結果提出以研究發現: 1.銀行從業人員之工作績效因人口統計貴項不同而有所差異,女性較男性得分高;實足年齡45歲(含)以上得分最高、其次為355(含少45歲、 25(含)35歲、 25歲以下最低;碩博士最高、其次為大學、高中職及專科最低;服毚服務年資20年(含)以上最高其次10年(含).20年、5年(含)-10年、 5年以下最低;主管較非主管得分高;上作績效1(因婚姻狀況有所差異。2.銀行從業人員不同的人口統計變項對工作績效有顯著差異,銀行從業人員人口統劃統計變項在性別、實足年齡、學歷、服務年資、職位等五類之工作績效達顯著水準,婚姻之工作績效無顯著差異。3.利司機構類別的銀行從業人員其工作績效有顯著差肇異,民營銀行與公營銀行之間以及公營改制民營銀行與公營銀行之間從業人員的工作績效具有顯著差異,其中民營銀行從業人員及公營改制彿,民營銀行從業人員之之工作績效皆大於公營銀行從業人員
    The exploration of this study mainly focuses on the the Durpose of examining the relationships between emographics and J.ob performance., the elationships between organization classification and J.ob performance of staffs 1 banking industly. This study selected staffs ofthree different organization classification banks as study subjects, 210 questionnaires were sent to banks in Tainan. in which 159 effective questionnaires were retumed (75.7% response rate).By the basic descriptive statistic method, T-test; ANOVA; and Scheffe test analyzed with the SPSS 15.O analysis Jgram, this study finds three important results.I.The scores ofjob perfonnance of staffs in Tainan's banking industry at present differ hom demographics. 2.The job perfonnance reach statistic significant difference by the variables of demographics of gender. ages ` seniority ` education level and working rank, whereas maniage status are not.3.The )b perfonnance reach statistic significant difference by the variables oforganization classification.
