摘要: This study examines the mediating role of knowledge management in the relationship between human resource practices and innovation performance. Employing a sample of 146 firms in Taiwan, we propose that human resource practices facilitate knowledge management and such knowledge management mediates the relationship between human resource practices and innovation performance. Our results indicate that human resource practices are positively related to knowledge management. Knowledge management is, in turn, positively related to innovation performance. Further, our results provide evidence that knowledge management plays a mediating role between human resource practices and innovation performance.
