    Title: 以毛細管柱氣相層析法簡易分析市售杏仁及其加工品中苯甲醛含量

    Abstract: 本研究建立直接注入(direct injection)氣相層析分析市售杏仁及其加工食品中苯甲醛含量之簡易定量方法。以非極性之megapore CP-SiL 8 CB 管柱 (30 m * 0.35 mm)分析定量市售杏仁及其加工食品中苯甲醛含量,選擇結構相似之本甲醛 (Benzyl alcohol)為內標準,苯甲醛之最低定量濃度(limit of quantitation, LOQ ) 為1μg/mL 左右。添加苯甲醛10及100mg於之杏仁茶及杏仁豆腐中,其回收率分別為99-104%及98-101%,變異係數均在4%以下,顯示本法之精密度相當高。市售杏仁及其加工食品檢體樣品2-5g,以約10倍體積之有機溶劑,包括乙醚及乙酸乙酯,加入適當之內標準溶液後,以超音波振盪萃取30分鐘,即可直接注入氣相層析儀中分析,簡易快速。本研究以發展之氣相層析法分析了市售杏仁果、杏仁粉、杏仁露、杏仁茶及杏仁豆腐等杏仁及其加工食品中苯甲醛含量。
