    Abstract: 合成含磷氧及氮官能基的新環氧樹脂(TGDMO)此新環氧樹脂的結構由IR,/sup 1/H-NMR及/sup 13/C-NMR所確定。此外,並比較九種硬化物, TGDMO/BAMP,TGDMO/DDM,TGDMO/DDS,EPON828/BAMP,EPON828/DDM EPON828/DDS,DEN438/BAMP DEN438/DDM,和DEN438/DDS的反應性及耐熱耐燃性。其反應性的評估以DSC為之,而耐熱耐燃性則以TGA評估,結果顯示新環氧樹脂具有足夠的熱性質及耐燃性。
    A New type of epoxy resin which contained phosphine oxide and nitrogen groups in the main chin was synthesized. The structure of the new type of epoxy resin was confirmed by infrared spectroscopy (IR), and /sup 1/H-NMR and /sup 13/C-NMR spectroscopies. In addition, compositions of the new synthesized epoxy resin (TGDMO) with three curing agents, e.g., bis(3-amino phenyl) methylphosphine oxide (BAMP), 4,4-diaminodiphenylsulfone (DDS), were used for making a comparison of it's curing reactivity, heat and flame retardancy with that of Epon828 and DEN438. The reactivities were measured by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). Through the evaluation of thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA), those polymers which were obtained through the curing reactions between the new epoxy resin and three curing agents (BAMP, DDM and DDS) also demonstrated excellent thermal properties as well as a high char yield.
