Abstract:	為了解以聚合鏈反應(PCR)之快速方法，代替傳統生化型及血清型鑑定分離自臨床檢體之創傷弧菌Vibrio vulnificus之可行性，本研究以V. vulnificus 之藍色螢光基因( bfp )所發展出之PCR引子及由成大醫院提供臨床檢體分離出之44株V. vulnificus 菌株進行PCR檢測，其結果皆為正反應，而其他V. vulnificus及非V. vulnificus之菌株，則大都無PCR產物之產生。若直接進行一次聚合鏈反應，則其檢測之靈敏度達103 CFU，然若進行二次聚合酶鏈反應，則其檢測靈敏度可提高至100 CFU。上述實驗結果顯示PCR技術為一快速、可靠之方法，並可用於臨床分離之V. vulnificus之快速鑑定。
