    Title: 日夜間交替對人工溼地去除硝酸鹽動態變化的影響

    Abstract: 本研究利用試驗規模(pilot-scale)的自由水層溼地系統(FWS,free water surface system)和表層下流動溼地系統(SSF,subsurface flow system),在固定水力負荷、無外加碳源的操作條件下,入流含NO3-N之地下水(目標濃度為20 mg N L-1),探討操作日夜間變化對人工溼地去除地下水NO3-N之影響與能力之表現。
    經實驗結果發現,當水力負荷控制為0.05 m/d,FWS溼地NO3-N平均去除效能約46-50﹪,SSF溼地NO3-N平均去除效能約39-49﹪,然而,當日夜交替時,人工溼地中硝酸鹽去除效能並無發現有明顯差異。由於本研究僅收集冬季期間之數據,脫硝作用是否受日夜交替的影響仍需進一步長期的研究。
