    Abstract: 韋伯分配(Weibull distribution)被廣泛的應用在品質管制中可靠度的問題上，通常在設限資料下兩參數韋伯分配中參數的估計是較困難的，本文針對兩參數韋伯分配提供一個線性加權最小平方法估計參數。由此估計值來估算未來某特定時間內所發生之失敗數目。
