    Title: 利用氧化石墨烯與白金之奈米複合電極促進化妝品與藥品含皮質類固醇之電化學測定效率

    Abstract: 本研究利用石墨合成氧化石墨烯(graphene oxide, GO)和還原石墨烯(reduced graphene oxide, RGO)的奈米化合物,再利用石墨烯的官能基與白金形成奈米複合電極(nanocomposites)。複合電極用電化學交流阻抗光譜法(Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy)和循環伏安法 (cyclic voltammetry) 研究電極表面特性。石墨烯-白金複合電極與未修飾白金電極,分別測定皮質類固醇(corticosteroids)如clobetasol propionate與clohetasone butyate,比較複合電極促進催化的效果。並將石墨烯-白金複合電極應用於實際化妝品與藥品含類固醇之含量測定。同時利用液相層析-紫化光感測器測定皮質類固醇衍生物,並比較測定結果。實驗結果顯示發展此新的石墨烯奈米複合物電化學的催化效果,比未修飾白金電極的感度佳。
