    摘要: 本發明係有關於一種製備具有抑制血管收縮素轉換?活性之發酵粗萃液之方法,係包含將一素材烘乾磨成粉末並與水混合成一混合液;加入0.1%澱粉?(α-amylase)於95℃水解1小時;加入0.1%葡萄糖澱粉?(glucoamylase)於65℃水解4小時;將一乳酸菌加入含有混合液之培養基內培養24小時進行發酵;離心培養基,取上清液並煮沸20分鐘;以及過濾上清液,以獲一發酵粗萃液係具有抑制血管收縮素轉換?活性。
