Abstract:	本研究針對白點症病毒(white spot syndrome virus, WSSV) 基因體庫中的基因片段wssv071 進行分析。wssv071基因具有393 bps，預估可轉譯出130 個胺基酸。將段基因以PCR方法合成並剪接入載體選殖，再純化轉染入昆蟲細胞株Sf9，進行基因表現作用，利用載體附加的螢光蛋白表現，佐證基因表現。由本實驗結果觀察，可觀察到有wssv071基因轉染的昆蟲細胞有呈現螢光反應，證實此段病毒基因是可在同為節肢動物的真核細胞中進行表現，是依段有功能性的病毒基因。
