    Abstract: 本研究子題乃利用薄膜生物反應槽(membrane bioreactor,簡稱MBR)技術,建構一連續式柱塞流式厭氧MBR酒精發酵系統,轉換生質進料為乙醇溶液。研究以評估此新式反應系統產生乙醇之可行性為主要目的,主要研究之參數為反應溶液pH值與系統溫度對乙醇產率之影響。研究結果顯示,系統反應溶液pH值與系統溫度對乙醇之產率均有影響,惟系統乙醇之產率仍有待提升。初步評估結果顯示,此一連續式柱塞流式厭氧MBR系統可為製造生質酒精之替代方案。
