Abstract:	本研究擬由富含纖維素等葡萄糖聚合物的生質材料於好氣條件下進行纖維素糖化，進而由生物發酵而產製酒精，研究中將纖維素水解成木糖及葡萄糖，並探討纖維素水解菌之最佳生長條件，進而分離出糖醱酵所需之發酵菌種將糖轉化成酒精，利用Zymomonas mobilis菌種，探討最佳培養條件以提高生質酒精之生產效率。
