    Abstract: 本研究以掃流微過濾器,在含有金屬溶液中加入陰離子界面活性劑與混凝劑,並在不同操作條件分別結合薄膜預附著碳酸鈣濾餅及懸浮液膠凝等兩種不同之前處理步驟,來應用於水中金屬離子之去除,並比較具過濾成效及適用性。由實驗結果顯示:預附著前處理方式並無法有效的去除水中金屬離子,但以膠凝前處理方式,在適宜之pH值範圍,對於水中金屬離子之去除,均可達完全過濾去除之效果。另當溫度較高和電解質濃度較低時,掃流微過濾結合膠凝前處理之非穩定濾遠較大。另外,亦利用微過濾器在不同操作條件結合逆洗和脈衝二種去阻塞方法進行過濾,以尋求最佳之操作條件。研究結果顯示在過濾實驗部分,當改變操作條件,如掃流速度增大、濃度降低、溫度升高、壓力增加、管內形成擾流狀也均可使濾速增加。在濾液水質方面,在混凝劑適宜的pH值範圍內均可形成良好之膠羽,對懸浮液中之銅或鋁離子無均可獲得良好的去除效果。
    The applicability of Crossflow microfiltration (CFMF) to the removal of metal ions from water was studied. Anionic Surfactant and coagulant were preadded in waters, and two treatment processes were employed in this study including membranes precoating by CaCO3 cake and suspension flocculation as a pretreatment. It was found that membranes precoating could not remove the metal ions from water efficiently. On the contrary, suspension flocculation as a pretreatment could remove the metal ions from water completely under suitable pH range. Backflushing and pulsating methods were also used as declogging techniques to improve the CFMF processes efficiencies in this study. It was found that suspension flocculation used as a pretreatment process could remove metal ions from water completely under suitable pH range in all experiments of this study.
