    Abstract: 薄膜之溼式成膜機制以不同溶劑之組成可在溶劑與凝聚槽非溶劑之交換速率以差異,因此影響高分子成膜與有效控制膜結構及與緻密皮層形成超薄皮層之目的,本計畫主要以控制鑄膜液中溶劑組合(加入氯仿)與凝聚槽非溶劑(水)之交換速率以形成所需之非對稱性皮層。以凝聚劑與高分子溶劑之交換速率控制成膜之結構,於此濕式相轉換法程序中,藉由調整鑄膜液組成,所得到適當膜結構與孔隙型態,薄膜之結構與皮層特性將有不同之質傳阻力與穿透特性。
