    摘要: 由於全民健保的實施,不管是對於中小型地區醫院還是區域級以上院所都造成了莫大的衝擊,醫療院所為求生存而尋求不同的經營策略已是生存發展之必需。
    本研究的主要研究目標是研究區域級以上醫院的臨床病理實驗室其經營方式和內容,並導入策略管理角度,為其以後可能的發展做推估,以提供相關單位或醫院臨床病理實驗室之經營參考。
    本研究採用問卷調查,主要對象為區域級以上醫院的臨床病理實驗室之經營主管或相關人員,共獲得有效問卷38份,將以前使用的策略和現在使用的策略相比,研究結果發現:
    1.低成本及併購皆是減少使用的策略。
    2.集中策略、相關多角化、非相關多角化和策略聯盟,是增加使用的策略。
    3.水平整合和垂直整合是呈現持平的狀態,但曾使用和現行使用的醫院並不相同。
    4.在過往實施的策略中,最能發揮影響的策略第一種為集中化策略,其二為策略聯盟,再者為水平整合策略。
    5.在現行的實施策略中,最優良的策略是為併購。相關多角化是成效最為不好的策略。
    The comprehensive national health insurance policy has a tremendous impact on medical institutions ranging from local community hospitals to academic medical centers. Effective management strategies are vital for the survival of the medical institutions.
    The management and service of the clinicopathologic labs in metropolitan hospitals and academic medical centers serve as the target of this study. Estimations for its future development are made from the perspective of strategy management. Hopefully it will provide some ideas for anyone who’s interested in running clinicopathologic labs.
    A questionnaire is given to the staff and managers of the clinicopathologic labs in metropolitan hospitals and academic medical centers. In this survey, with 38 samplings, a comparison is made between the strategies that are being used at present and before.
    Findings of this study are as follows:
    1.The cost down strategies and acquisition are becoming less popular.
    2.The concentration strategies, related diversification, non-related diversification and strategic alliance are becoming more popular.
    3.Hospitals more or less adopt the differentiation, horizontal integration, vertical integration and outsourcing. However, different hospitals might have different strategies from time to time.
    4.Concentration is the most effective strategy among those that had being used. The strategic alliance and horizontal integration strategy comes next.
    5.Of all the strategies that are currently being used, acquisition is obviously the best choice and related diversification is the worst one.
