    標題: 營造業從業人員手-手臂振動暴露量之評估與相關職業傷害之調查
    Evaluation of Hand-arm Vibration Exposure and Survey of Related Occupational Injury of Construction Workers in Taiwan

    摘要: 由於近年來國內人力成本逐步提高導致各行各業大量的自動化或是機械化,期能提高產能或降低人力成本,營造業亦不例外。先前國內與手-手臂振動相關之研究主要乃針對林業、機械工廠及鐵路維修的砸道工人,而甚少針對營造業從業人員使用手持動力工具所產生之職業傷害方面之調查。因此本研究先調查經常被營造業使用的手持動力工具種類與機型,依ISO 5349/1986及參考ISO 8662以田野調查的方式量測這些手持動力工具之振動量大小並同時輔以問卷訪問使用者之使用習慣及其自覺症狀,期能找出振動暴露量大小、暴露時間長短、操作習慣等與職業傷害間之相關性。
    問卷乃針對與手-手臂振動的相關性而設計分六大主題:1.基本資料、2.工作概況、3.生活習慣、4.醫療史、5.自覺症狀、6.降低手-手臂振動暴露情況等進行調查,先進行兩次試測再請專家針對問卷內的問題與手-手臂振動相關性進行修正。用抽樣的方式調查了195位本國營造業從業人員,以敘述統計、複選題分析、t檢定、變異數分析、因素分析等方法進行分析,受試者平均年齡為39.23歲(S.D. =9.34) ,平均工作年資為13.48年 (S.D. =9.28) 。分別為操作組165位及對照組30位。每位受試者使用手持動力工具的種類平均為2.73種,顯示使用的種類並不固定。根據調查分析的結果顯示手指麻痛症狀盛行率為27.3%,平均約操作5.88年時就會有手指麻痛的現象產生;8人有指尖變白的現象產生,盛行率為4.8%,平均約操作7.25年時就會有指尖變白的現象發生;手指麻痛現象主要與操作手工具的時間相關,而操作動力手工具的受試者有配戴防振手套卻只有22位(13.3%),皆無手指麻痛或變白的症狀。
    本研究建議政府應參照國外立法規範雇主之責任,期能提供防振手套並應予以暴露高危險群適量之教育訓練以保障從業人員之健康並減少相關職業傷害之產生。
    In order to cost down, workers in construction industry used power hand-held tools to improve their efficiency. There were very few researchs concerned occupational injure due to using hand-held power tools in domestic.
    In this research, first step we investigated what kind and what type of hand-held power tools were operated frequently, and then gauged the vibration acceleration of these hand-held power tools according to ISO 5349/1986 and ISO 8662. Thirdly, an interview with workers to complete the questionnaire was carried out by way of investigating in the field about the habit of operating power tools and their subjective symptoms.
    The questionnaires were focused on the hand-arm vibration consisting of six major themes: 1. Basic, 2. Working overview, 3. Habits and customs, 4. Medical history, 5. Subjective symptoms, 6. Reduce hand-arm vibration exposure separately. There were 195 workers of construction industry involved in this investigation with average 39.12 years old (S.D. =9.19) and 13.48 years (S.D. =9.28) in working experience. By using “Descriptive statistics”, “Multiple Response analysis”, “Independent t-test”, “Anova” and “Factor analysis” to carries out analysis. The operating group and the control group were 165 and 30 persons, respectively. Each worker used 2.73 kinds of different hand-held power tools. The prevalence rate of the finger tingling and pain symptom was 27.3% (45/165) in 5.88 operating years. Eight workers (the prevalence rate of 4.8%) suffered from VWFs in 7.25 operating years. The HAVs was correlated with operating time of the hand-held tool mainly, meanwhile the workers wearing anti-vibration gloves during operating the hand-held power tools were only 22 persons (13.3%). There was no HAVs or VWFs in these 22 workers.
    It was suggested that the government consulted and set up the regulation to enforce the employer to take the responsibilities and offer anti-vibration glove to protect workers operating hand-held power tools. The education and training program in order to ensure the health of workers operating hand-held power tools are necessary.
