    Abstract: 本研究進行非對稱性PSF薄膜(asymmetric polysulfone membrane)之製備,製備出俱超薄皮層(ultra thin skin layer)之非對稱性薄膜。由於PSF薄膜之溼式成膜機制中有許多方式可達到將製備出俱超薄皮層之目的,本計畫主要以醇類添加方式控制鑄膜液中溶劑與凝聚槽非溶劑之交換速率以形成所需之非對稱性皮層。本將以凝聚劑與高分子溶劑之交換速率控制成膜之結構討論於濕式相轉換法程序中,藉由調整鑄膜液組成,所得到適當膜結構與孔隙型態,並討論薄膜之結構與皮層特性對質傳阻力之影響。
