    標題: 探討國小電腦教室環境之設備對學童的影響-電腦相關症候群
    A Study of Impact of Computer Classroom Environment on Elementary School Children Computer-Related Syndrome

    摘要: 隨著電腦普及與政府對資訊教育的推廣,目前全國的小學已全面完成電腦之配置,並且將「電腦」列入團體活動科的分組活動科學類課程,在三年級至六年級實施。兒童接觸電腦的時間愈來愈多,因此,電腦工作站的設計良窳應該更加重視。但是,目前市面上的電腦工作站設計大多是根據成人體型設計,學童在長時間使用不合適之電腦工作站的情況下可能會引發電腦症候群的相關症狀。
    本研究利用問卷調查、實地進行國小電腦周邊設備的量測與計算出適合國小高年級學童使用的電腦工作站建議值等三個部分進行,目的是想了解學童使用電腦後是否有肌肉酸痛與眼睛疲勞、乾澀等不舒適的自覺症狀,並進ㄧ探討,學童身體部位產生的不舒適症狀是否與學童使用不合適的電腦工作站有關。
    本研究以台南市9所國小的高年級學童為受測對象,問卷調查的結果, 經描述性統計分析發現,在學校使用電腦後是否有眼睛不舒適症狀上,五年級與六年級學童勾選眼睛不適比率分別是26.16%與22.88%,由獨立性考驗發現五年級與六年學童在學校使用電腦後的自覺眼睛不適症狀與學校電腦教室之電腦周圍亮度有關聯。
    在學校使用電腦後是否有肌肉酸痛的比率上,五年級與六年級學童勾選有酸痛的比率分別是31.25%與32%。進ㄧ步從多重列聯表分析發現,學童自覺學校鍵盤高度過低者、在自覺學校椅子高度過低而造成學童肩膀酸痛之間有顯著關聯,而自覺學校滑鼠高度過高者,在自覺學校椅子高度過低而造成學童手腕酸痛之間亦有顯著關聯。
    在實地進行國小電腦周邊設備量測的結果發現,不管是五年級或六年級學童使用的電腦工作站,現場量測的結果皆超過學童電腦工作站的建議值。所以,若能針對高年級學童的人體計測值,設計出適合高年級學童使用的電腦工作站,必能有效降低學童使用時的不舒適比率。
    As the computer is available to everyone and government popularizes the information education, the primary school of the whole country has already finished the disposition of the computer at present. The computer course is categorized as the science subject of the group activity from the third grade to sixth grade. Because of the time that children use the computer is getting more and more, it is very important to pay more attention to the design of the computer work station. However the design of the computer station at present is according to the adult’s anthropometric measurement, the children may cause the computer-related syndrome in case of using the improper computer work station for a long time.
    The purpose of this research is to find out if children experience subjective syndrome of muscles ache and dried eye after using the computer. Furthermore, the concern includes exploring whether the uncomfortable syndrome that children body experience relates to the fact that children use the improper computer work station. The methods of this research include using questionnaire, measuring the around equipment of computer of primary school and suggesting the proper computer work station suitable for children of high grade of primary school.
    This research regards the children of high grade of 9 primary schools in Tainan as the subject examined. Result of questionnaire investigation, by descriptive statistical analysis, find children in the fifth grade and sixth grade select the uncomfortable rate of eyes to be 26.16% and 22.88% separately after using computer in school. The uncomfortable syndrome of eyes maybe relate with luminance around the computer of the computer classroom by the independence test.
    The children in the fifth grade and sixth grade select the uncomfortable rate of muscle ache to be 31.25% and 32% separately after using computer in school. By using multiple contingency table analysis, one find that among the children are aware of the height of keyboard lower, the lower height of chair is significantly related to the shoulders ache of children and among the children are aware of the height of mouse higher, the lower height of chair is significantly related to wrist ache of children.
    The result of measuring the around equipment of computer workstation in school reveals that no matter the computer workstation which the children in the fifth grade or sixth children uses, the measurements of the computer workstation in computer classroom of primary school all exceed suggestion values of computer workstation suitable for children. Therefore, a proper design of computer workstation based on the anthropometry of high grade children in primary school can reduce the uncomfortable rate of muscle ache or dried eye while children use computer.
