    摘要: 據統計,在美國的藥品零售商與藥局每年大概有6%~10%高單價藥品遭到竊取轉賣,如此竊取藥物再進行轉賣動作可獲取高額利潤,而竊取人員除了竊賊外,還包括部分在藥局裡工作的工作人員(Inkyu Lee et al.,2006),因此為了防止這些高單價藥品及管制藥品遭到竊取,本研究以建構出智慧型藥櫃的方式模擬藥品的管控,使藥局管理流程中導入RFID技術。
    本研究主要目的以藥品控管為主,探討如何將RFID技術導入藥品控管時,藥品管理單位如何透過RFID的技術以減少高單價藥品以及管制藥品的失竊。
    藥品管理系統以電子刷卡機連接乾接點門鎖,人員僅須刷卡即可自行取放藥品;另外,本研究在每一個藥罐上貼上被動式Tag,當人員取放藥罐時,可即時記錄取放情形,無須手工紀錄,在藥櫃的雛型設計上採用壓克力材質,主要是為了隔絕磁波的干擾。
    本研究以管制藥品以及高單價藥品為例,將RFID技術建置智慧型藥品儲存櫃,包含建制人員存取藥品的機制,以及藥品監控的功能,其智慧型藥櫃的功能最主要要可以防止高單價格藥品被不當使用,在管制藥品的控管,能有不錯的功效
    According to the statistics of past research, probably there is about 6% ~ 10% high unit price drugs to be for resale every year in the drugs dealer and pharmacy in the United States, because the action of stealing and reselling medicine can obtain high profits. Except for the steal, the suspect also includes the parts of the staff members who work in the pharmacy. This research aims to construct an intelligent drug chest, and conducts the RFID technique in the drugs managing process.
    The main purpose of this research is with the drugs control management. To investigate the RFID technique conducting into its drugs to control, and to reduce the risk of steal of high unit price drugs and the controlled drugs through the RFID technique.
    This drug management system using electronic card-scanner connected relay by electronics. Workers only brushing card can immediately take and put drugs by oneself. In addition, this research posts up the passive tag at the bottom of each medicine bottle. When the staffs take up drugs, it will be recorded immediately and without recording by hand. In the medicine cabinet design, the acrylic material used for the prototype is mainly to isolated magnetic interference.
    With the high unit price drugs and the controlled drugs control management for example, builds the RFID technique on the intelligent drugs chest, including a personnel control system to access the mechanism of the drugs, and drugs monitor function. The function of the intelligent drug chest mainly can keep the high unit price drugs and the controlled drugs away from being misemployed and stolen, and it works efficiently.
