    摘要: 台灣化粧保養品市場一年高達新台幣600到800億元,但台灣本土化粧品市場佔有率低,大多來自國外進口,而國外進口之化粧品一般以求高幼藺坌陞D,而忽略台灣本土消費者之膚質適用性,雖有相關文獻指出亞洲女性膚質研究,但多在日本及韓國區域性為主,而在台灣本土相關性文獻發表較少,故本研究主要在探討台灣各年齡層女性膚質特性。
    因此本研究針對130位台灣女性,年齡範圍5~59歲,以10歲為一年齡層區分,分為六個年齡層(5~9歲、10~19歲、 20~29歲、30~39歲、40~49歲、50~59歲),於臉部選擇二個膚質差異較大的部位進行膚質檢測,經由皮膚檢測參數值之結果,探討年齡與膚質特性的相關性變化。
    結果顯示:皮膚表面皮脂在年齡層5~9歲前分泌量偏低,青春期後隨年齡而持續上升,直至更年期(40~49歲)才下降,額頭與臉頰皮膚表面皮脂分泌在年齡層30~39歲時差異最大;表皮含水量在年齡層5~9歲前較高,青春期後隨著年齡上升緩慢下降,年齡層50~59歲時下降至最低點,額頭與臉頰表皮水分含水量在年齡層40~49歲時差異最大;表皮酸鹼值在5~9歲前亦偏低,青春期後隨著年齡而上升,直至更年期(40~49歲)稍微下降,額頭與臉頰皮膚表皮酸鹼值在年齡層5~9歲時差異最大。
    本研究可鑑定台灣女性膚質因年齡漸增老化過程中,在每個年齡層明確的膚質變化,於發展化粧保養產品訴求上,提供特定年齡層的需求時有更確切的目標。
    The cost on the cosmetic maintenance articles in Taiwan are up to NT$60~80 billion a year, but the market share of cosmetics produced locally in Taiwan is low. The cosmetics imported from abroad generally resort to the high efficiency but neglect the skin properties applicability of the Taiwanese consumer. Although there are related cultural investigations concerning Asia female skin properties research, they are mainly confined to Japan and Korean local areas. Considering the fewer documents related to local Taiwan female, this research primarily focused on inquiring into Taiwanese people who are various from age female skin properties.
    The subjects in this study are 130 Taiwan females, ranging from the age of 5 to 59. They are divided into six groups, with 10 years as an age layer. Furthermore, we chose two sites of skin which is very different in the properties and carrying on skin properties identification. Through this approach, we can find out the relations between ages and skin properties.
    Our results showed that the secretion of skin surface sebum in the group of the age from 5 to 9 is relatively low. The secretion will be on the rise in the group from 40 to 49, the age of reaching the menopause. The skin surface sebum secretion on the forehead and the cheek shows the biggest difference in the group of the age from 30 to 39. The stratum corneum hydration in the group of the age from 5 to 9 is higher. With the coming of the adolescence, the stratum corneum hydration will slowly decrease in the group of the age from 50 to 59 will down to the lowest. The stratum corneum hydration on forehead and the cheek shows the biggest difference in the group from 40 to 49, the age reaching the menopause. The pH value of skin surface in the group of the age from 5 to 9 is also relatively low. The pH value will be on the rise in the group from 40 to 49, the age of reaching the menopause. The skin surface pH value on the forehead and the cheek shows the biggest difference during the age of 5~9.
    This research can provide the evidence for the design of cosmetic maintenance articles for Taiwanese female. The skin properties differ at different age ranges. When developing the claim to the cosmetics products, we can focus on providing the need of the particular age layer with more understanding of the explicit skin properties variations.
