本研究主要是以氮-異丙基丙烯醯胺 (N-isopropylacrylamide 簡稱 NIPAAm ) 與丙烯酸 ( acrylic acid 簡稱 AA ) 作為單體,以溶液聚合法以及無乳化劑乳化聚合方式合成具有溫度感應性與 pH 感應性之 poly ( NIPAAm-co-AA ) 智慧型高分子材料,在此研究中變化不同合成條件,並探討以不同條件所合成之 poly ( NIPAAm-co-AA ) 對溫度以及 pH 之感應性以及藥物釋放控制之特性探討其性質。本研究中所改變的變因包括 :NIPAAm / AA 之莫爾比例、交聯劑之百分比、反應時間、反應溫度,探討此變因對所形成之直線型高分子之分子量、LCST、產率以及交聯型乳膠顆粒之 LCST、粒徑、產率之影響。此外,本文並探討不同變因所合成之 poly ( NIPAAm-co-AA ),在不同環境下其控制釋放之現象。 Taking N-isopropylacrylamide and acrylic acid as monomers, this research synthesized pH/thermo-sensitive poly (NIPAAm-co-AA) intelligent random copolymers by means of soapless emulsion polymerization. In this research, various synthesis factors were altered, and the random copolymers synthesized by different factors were discussed on their properties and applications. In this research, the altered factors included molar ratio of NIPAAm/AA, percentage of crosslinking agent, reaction time and reaction temperature. This research also discussed the effects of these factors on the molecular weight, LCST and conversion rate of the linear macromolecule synthesized by them and the LCST, particle size and conversion rate of the crosslinking core-shell copolymer latex. Furthermore, this thesis discussed the control release of various random copolymers synthesized by different factors under different conditions.
