摘要:	本研究計畫目的乃在利用高效蛋白質純化系統(FPLC)生產出抗人類表皮生長因子之重組單鏈抗體，建立純化的程序；並開發一針對特定胺基酸序列蛋白酶表達系統及反應條件。 The purpose of this project is to setup the procedures of production and purification of anti-EGF single chain antibody. Another purpose is to develop a sequence-specific protease for the removal of fusion protein
