摘要:	本計劃選擇萬應膏及金門龍鳳藥酒,作為研究處方.已完成二處方內各藥材之基源鑑定及指標成分TLC圖譜鑑定,同時,也建立酒精之最佳溶媒抽出液,及以酒精製成之萬應膏製品之指標成分TLC檢驗方法.並建立金門龍鳳藥酒製品之指標成分TLC檢驗方法,以建立一套完整性之藥膠布及藥酒之檢驗參考依據,而達到品質管制目的. In this project, We selsct two tranditional Chinese medicine formulas, Wan-Ying-Kau patch and King-Men-Long-Fong wine, as the research model formulations, We have completed th origin identification and TLC spectra of chemical markers for each crude drug the formulas. We have developed the TLC identification methods for the determination of the chemical markers in the ethanol extracts and commrical products of Wan-Ying-Kau patch. Besides an another, The TLC identifi- cation methods was also developed for the determination of King-Men-Long-Fong wine. We expect that these TLC methods can be used as references of quality control and applied to determine their commerical formulas.
