    Abstract: 隨控釋劑型藥物的推動進展，其中控釋圓粒以其釋藥速率受生理因素影響
    小、副作用較少以及同時可進行多種成分的配合等特有的優點使其日益受到人們
    的重視，成為口服緩控釋製劑的發展方向。所以本研究採用ketoprofen 當模式
    藥物，以膜衣包覆方式來製備控制釋放圓粒，分別以乙基纖維素（EC）、羥丙基
    纖維素(HPCL)當粘合劑，將ketoprofen 噴於惰性糖蕊圓粒上；再於藥蕊圓粒上
    包覆控釋膜衣。以不溶性膜衣材質乙基纖維素與腸溶性膜衣材質虫膠(Shellac)
    當致孔劑做為控釋圓粒外表包覆的材料，且利用不同的混合比率及包覆厚薄的程
    度來探討其釋藥速率，此外也以Glatt 迴旋流動床顆粒機和CF 顆粒機設備，製
    備ketoprofen 之藥芯圓粒。並以體外溶離試驗來探討包覆的材料和機械設備對
    控釋圓粒藥物的釋放影響效應。
