本研究主要目的在調查幼稚園教育人員知識管理的策略、分析不同背景幼稚園教育人員知識管理策略之差異及提出幼稚園教育人員知識管理之具體建議,以提昇幼稚園行政及教學效能。
本研究以調查研究進行,調查研究工具為「幼稚園知識管理策略問卷」。問卷調查樣本為台南縣市及高雄縣市幼稚園行政人員及教師。
本研究獲得以下結論:
一、幼稚園教育人員知識管理策略之得分普遍不高,需要大力推展知識管理。
二、不同職務的幼稚園教育人員知識管理策略,負責人及園長與行政人員之得分均比教師高,在「知識分享策略」、「知識通訊策略」、「知識創新策略」及「整體」層面達顯著差異。
三、不同班級數的幼稚園教育人員在「知識通訊策略」達顯著差異。 The purpose of this study is (1) to explore the strategies of knowledge management(KM) in kindergartens, (2) to analyze the difference in strategies of KM in terms of the educators’, background, and (3) to extract suggestions of KM strategies for kindergarten educators, in order to promote the kindergarten administration and teaching efficiency.
This study adopts the survey approach, of which the instrument is "Kindergarten Educators' KM Questionnaire". The sample is southern Taiwan kindergarten Educators. The sample includes the administers and teachers in kindergartens of four counties and cities in Kaohsjung and Tainan.
This study obtains the following conclusions:
1. The score of the kindergarten educators’ KM strategies is generally not high; therefore KM needs to be promoted earnestly.
2. There is significant difference in KM strategies on the basis of the educators’ position. The scores of the directors, principals and administrators are higher than that of the teachers, in ' knowledge sharing strategies', ' knowledge communication strategies ', ' knowledge innovation strategies ' and ' the total ' .
3. There is a significant difference in ‘knowledge communication strategies' on the basis of classroom size.
