    Abstract: 類固醇與其衍生物主要是作為醫療用途,但近來有越來越多的運動員及青少年,為求增進其運動表現或期望快速具有肌肉發達的體型而濫用類固醇藥物。為防止此問題越來越惡化,除了加強宣導此藥物濫用的副作用之外,亦應建立常規檢測此藥物是否遭濫用的方法。本計畫希望以聚合材料(poly(dimethylsiloxane) (PDMS))製作微晶片(Microchip),建立於微晶片上同時進行分離、及以化學冷光測定之類固醇偵測系統,以期發展可應用於臨床上大量篩檢控管此藥物之使用。
