Abstract:	C-反應蛋白為疾病發生之急性期蛋白質，可作為急性心肌梗塞、類風溼關節炎及直腸癌等疾病之生物指標。傳統檢測C-反應蛋白以酵素連結免疫分析法 (ELISA) 或螢光連結免疫分析法等方法，但其檢測時間較為冗長、且需昂貴儀器；因此本研究利用膠體金為標誌物與抗體形成共軛物，開發出可拋棄式C-反應蛋白免疫層析試片，其檢測過程方便、快速，不須樣品前處理，所需樣品量少，且不須任何儀器設備即可偵測。所開發出的試片可檢測C-反應蛋白5~100 μg/mL，且無交叉反應出現，因此可應用於實際樣品如：小鼠血清樣品之檢測上，檢測時間為15~20分鐘。
