    Abstract: 本研究旨在探討以Berger & Luckmann(1967)之知識社會學理論,建構出分析幼稚園教師實踐知識的形成過程和類別的知識社會學分析架構,並進一步以此分析架構為基礎,在幼稚園教師日常教學生活的場域中,觀察並訪談一位幼稚園教師的教學實踐過程,並參照教師實踐知識相關的文獻,探討幼稚園教師在日常教學生活所建構之的客觀現實和主觀現實之間的辯證,理解教師形成實踐知識的基礎,以及形成這些知識基礎的制度化、合法化過程。
